Hawaii: Authentic, antique photograph from app. 1898. The photo depicts men, women, children and a dog, preparing for a banquet. One man holds a guitar. ( 8 x 5 in. some bleaching at the upper part). Thin paper, fixed on paper with small glue spots at he corners.

Nice old Chinese seal, made of Chicken-blood stone (Ji xue shi). Larger red spot on top part. Engraved are 2 characters: da zhuang (big strength). Good side carving with details. 20 x 11 x 22 mm. 10 gram. Fine condition.

Qing Dynasty: Chinese metal application ( 2 pieces) resembling butterflies. Those pieces have been fixed on hats to bring luck or keep away evil. The larger one is 2,1 x 1,5 inches, the smaller one 0,5 x 0,4 inches. Alloy with silver component. Delicate design, fine condition.

2 very attractive, delicately carved wooden panels, later framed and fixed at the reverse side to make it one piece. Also the hanging is newer. The 2 panels are from the 18th ( may 19th ) century and attract by their high skilled craftsmanship. The depict 2 scenes with little children. Antique wooden snuff box from the 18th – 19th century. The top is delicately carved, depicting a monk in a graveyard near a church, kneeling in front of a Crucifix and a skull. The underside has a nice inlay, made of different kinds of wood. Ornate carving of the exterior part of the box. Diameter: 3,8 inches, height: 1,2 inches. Very fine condition. The box is probably of English origin.

Desirable, fascinating and unusual candelabra from the 19th century, said to be from South East-Asia. The 3 arms at the centre can be closed and opened. 19th Century full set of portable and stacking Measures. The exact country of origin is unknown, most probably it is Dutch. Weight: 4,4 kg ( 8.8 pounds ). Size: Diameter 4.2 inches.
